The staff were really good! Jamie and Dion stood out, they ensured our needs were met. The breakfast included with the stay was a bonus, so convenient. The room's cleanliness was noticeable. Everything felt fresh. The location is amazing. Close to the train station and shopping.

Staff were very helpful, especially during breakfast. The bed offered great comfort, And there was lots of choice at breakfast. I found the reception team fantastic. They happily assisted when i mentioned late arrivals.
I noticed a suspect brown stain. FRESH, on the sheet. It was very disappointing. The stain remained even after the room was cleaned.
